Jack Laurie Group is looking for experienced Commercial Tile Finishers to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our tile projects are completed with the highest level of quality consistency and attention to detail.

Our finishers play an important role in the final appearance and overall success of commercial tile projects. We are seeking dependable individuals who understand commercial construction environments work well with crews and take pride in producing high-quality finished work.

• Perform grout caulk sealing and final finish work on commercial tile projects
  
• Clean and detail finished tile installations
  
• Complete punch-list and touch-up work
  
• Assist installers with layout corrections and project completion
  
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
  
• Maintain organized and safe job sites
  
• Work alongside superintendents and crews to keep projects on schedule
  
• Identify and communicate any issues that could impact quality or timelines
  

• Commercial tile finishing experience preferred
  
• Strong eye for detail and quality craftsmanship
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
  
• Experience on active commercial construction sites
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
