Job Summary
Currently hiring a Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team and oversee commercial flat and low-slope roofing projects from start to finish. As a Commercial Roofing Foreman you will be responsible for managing daily operations on roofing job sites supervising crews ensuring safety compliance and ensuring projects stay on budget and deadline. Pay is $40 - $52 per hour based on skill set and level of experience.
Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate roofing installation repair and maintenance
- Lead and motivate roofing crew members to meet project goals
- Review project plans blueprints and specifications to ensure proper execution
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Manage project timelines materials and equipment to optimize productivity.
- Communicate effectively with project managers clients and team members
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and safety awareness
Commercial Roofing Foreman Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a roofing foreman or supervisor
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials techniques and safety procedures.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
