What you will be doing:

• Work with our nationally recognized commercial real estate practice group.
• Engage in a wide variety of real estate transactions including joint ventures and investment structuring development P3 and infrastructure projects.
• Handle real property acquisitions and dispositions commercial leasing and finance.

Experience you will need:

• 3-6 years of real estate and/or business law experience.
• Bar admission in Maryland DC or Virginia is preferred.
