A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers institutional investors lenders borrowers REITs private equity sponsors and commercial real estate owners in sophisticated real estate transactions.

36 years of commercial real estate transactional experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience representing developers institutional investors lenders borrowers landlords tenants REITs and private equity sponsors

Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions dispositions development projects leasing joint ventures and financing transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements leases loan documents development agreements operating agreements easements reciprocal easement agreements and joint venture agreements

Experience reviewing title survey zoning environmental reports and other real estate due diligence materials

Experience managing sophisticated transactions from letter of intent through closing

Experience with commercial real estate finance mixed-use developments industrial office retail hospitality healthcare or multifamily assets is preferred

Strong drafting negotiation analytical organizational and communication skills

Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Minnesota bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Nationally recognized Commercial Real Estate practice

Sophisticated acquisitions dispositions development leasing and finance transactions

Significant client interaction and deal responsibility
