Job Summary

We are seeking a driven motivated Certified General Appraiser or Licensed Trainee capable of completing high-quality commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments in a timely manner. Candidate must hold a Certified General License or Certified Trainee License and have at least 3 years of experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree from a four-year university preferably in Finance Real Estate Economics or other business majors.
  • At least one year of experience appraising multifamily assets.
  • Registered Trainee or Certified General Appraiser license.
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Argus Enterprise experience a plus.
  • Must have strong writing skills attention to detail and the ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.
