Commercial Project Architect

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Denver CO area for an individual with 5-years experience as a Commercial Project Architect with a background in Ground-Up and Multi-Family projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits a 401K w/ matching PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3-5 years of Commercial Architectural Design AND Project Management experience (from conception to completion)
• Demonstrated experience working with small to large scale Commercial projects i.e. Ground-Up Multi-Family etc. (50k-80k sqft) is a MUST
• Construction Administration responsibilities including scheduling managing budgets conducting onsite inspections consulting with clients responding to RFIs and submittals etc. is a MUST
• Experience with MacOS and ArchiCAD is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture is a MUST
