• Current Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• Must have held your Tradesman or Journeyman license for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience in commercial new construction plumbing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various weather conditions

• Install commercial plumbing systems including water sewer and gas lines
• Install fixtures drains piping and plumbing equipment according to plans and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and project specifications
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing installations
• Ensure all work complies with local state and company safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers general contractors and other trades on-site
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
