Requirements

Strong physical condition to handle large and heavy equipment

Good communicator and team player

Quick learnerand motivated

Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Pass drug screen

Enjoys working outside - summer heat winter chill

Expectations

Manage daily routes timing and production goals

Train and hold crew accountable

Oversee equipment maintenance

Enforce jobsite safety

Other:

40 hrs. per week

Pay based on experienceand competitive industry wages

Room for advancement

Winter work consists of snow management
