As aLoan Closing Associate IwithinDeal Set Up and Funding you will help facilitate syndicated loan closings by interpreting loan documentation coordinating closing deliverables and payments and ensuring accurate data capture. Youll partner closely with colleagues across the businesssuch as deal teams legal partners and servicing teamsto deliver a smooth closing process and a strong client experience.

Job responsibilities

• Collaborateacross teams to interpret loan documentation and support accurate setup and processing of new deals
• Coordinateprincipal and fee-related closing payments
• Gatherand validate required documentation prior to closing in partnership with transaction coordinators and other stakeholders
• Manageandprioritizea pipeline of assigned transactions to meet closing timelines
• Reconcileandgovernexception reporting for recently closed transactions
• Analyzeamendments to agreements and/or deal structure changes andcommunicateimpacts to account managers
• Provideaccurate data while maintaining a low quality control error rate
• Escalaterisks issues and timeline concerns early with clear options and recommended actions

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• 3 yearsof commercial loan operations experience including reading and interpreting loan documentation
• Excellentoral and written communicationskills
• Stronginterpersonalskills and comfort engaging with clients and internal partners
• Solid working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office(Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Strongtime management organization and prioritization skills
• Ability towork independentlywithin a team environment
• Stronganalytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
