Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
Handle pleadings motions discovery depositions hearings mediations and trials.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients throughout litigation proceedings.
Collaborate directly with clients in emerging regulated and fast-paced industries.
Conduct legal research and draft sophisticated motions briefs and legal memoranda.
Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
Handle appellate matters and briefing where applicable.
Supervise direct and coordinate teams of attorneys and legal professionals.
Develop litigation strategies and provide case management leadership.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional legal service.

Experience You Will Need

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Minimum 8 years of commercial litigation experience.
Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation matters independently.
First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
Appellate litigation experience highly desirable.
Exposure to tort litigation matters.
Proven ability to lead and supervise litigation teams.
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
Exceptional legal writing research and advocacy abilities.
Superior academic credentials.
