About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney to handle a commercial litigation docket from answering the lawsuit through trial in both federal and state courts.
Responsibilities
- Must be licensed in the State of Texas
- Must have at least 5-10 years of experience
- Experience with handling a commercial litigation docket from answering the lawsuit through trial in both federal and state courts
- Banking and/or bankruptcy experience with emphasis on the creditor side is a plus but is not required
Qualifications
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
