Job Summary
A Reputable Law Firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Salt Lake City office.
Position Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have 0-5 years of top tier law firm experience in complex litigation matters an energetic personality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background practical law school experience (law review law journal moot court or trial advocacy team) and/or judicial clerkship experience. Professional references are required.

Compensation and Expectations:
Our Law Firms compensation is merit-basedyoull be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements. Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
We expect associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work) including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity equity and inclusion. Contributions to the life of the firm is vital to the collective success of the firm and we encourage our lawyers to engage in ways each person finds meaningful through various committees and firm activities.
