• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to client needs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions briefs and other legal documents.
• Engage in discovery processes including depositions and document review to build strong cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations advocating for their interests with confidence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide informed legal guidance.
• Contribute to the firms growth by mentoring junior associates and participating in business development initiatives.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation within a law firm setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive advocacy.
• A track record of successfully managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines under pressure.

• Experience in media or AI-related legal matters is a plus.
