These opportunities offer the ability to work on sophisticated business disputes representing corporations financial institutions private companies and national clients within highly regarded litigation practices.

Complex commercial litigation matters
Business and contract disputes
Shareholder and partnership disputes
Class action and high-exposure litigation matters
Discovery motion practice depositions and case strategy
Direct client interaction and substantive responsibility
Collaboration with sophisticated national litigation teams

Approximately 38 years of commercial litigation experience
Experience with business litigation complex disputes motion practice and case management preferred
Large law firm or sophisticated litigation platform experience strongly preferred
Strong writing analytical and advocacy skills
Georgia bar admission preferred or ability to waive in

Sophisticated national litigation platforms with strong case flow
Atlanta-based practices with national reach
Hybrid flexibility at many firms

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $220000 $390000 depending on class year experience and overall background.
