Seeking highly motivated and self-sufficient Commercial Lines Producers to join a team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment possess a strong sales acumen and are eager to build and manage a robust book of business. The position requires a professional who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision and is comfortable working in the field. The successful candidate will have access to a supportive service staff and a wide range of markets to help them succeed.

• Base Salary: $65000 to $175000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Commission Structure: 45% on new business and 20% on renewals

• Build and manage a book of business with a focus on commercial lines including industries such as construction manufacturing auto service non-profits nursing homes and municipalities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Client Executives and service staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Actively cultivate and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in the field attending client meetings and industry events.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or in a similar sales role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently without requiring frequent guidance.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with agency management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite hybrid or remotely as required.
