Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a growing team. As a Commercial Producer you will focus primarily on selling new business while collaborating with a dedicated team in a supportive and career-focused environment.

• Salary: $70000- 150000 commissions based on exsperience

• Drive new business sales by identifying and pursuing prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and sales processes efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best possible advice.

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in the insurance industry.
• Skills: Strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
