Our client a National top brokerage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Placement Managerto join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts with a focus on construction contractors property and real estate. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in new and renewal marketing a strong understanding of the insurance industry and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

• Salary: Up to $170000 annually based on experience.
• 401(k): 4% company match.

• Hybrid/Remote out of Suffolk County

• Manage and service a book of business with $25000 in revenue and $250000 in premium.
• Handle all aspects of new and renewal marketing for mid-to-large accounts.
• Collaborate with producers and assistants to ensure seamless account management.
• Provide exceptional service to clients in the construction property and real estate sectors.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Must have experience working with construction and real estate accounts.
  • Familiarity with mid-to-large accounts is essential.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software preferred.
