Commercial Lines Middle Market Account Manager

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Middle Market Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts ensuring exceptional service delivery and contributing to the growth of an organization.

• Salary Range: $80000 - $110000 (commensurate with experience)
• Commission: Competitive commission program for both new business and automatic renewals evenly split within the department

• Manage an alpha-split book of business focusing 20% on new business and 80% on renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams.
• Handle a range of accounts ensuring timely and accurate processing of policies endorsements and renewals.
• Collaborate with top carriers including Citizens Auto Owners Progressive Frankenmuth and Cincinnati to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Utilize the Epic Agency Management System to manage client information and workflows efficiently.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the department by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management with a focus on middle-market accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Epic Agency Management System is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of industries and carriers including Citizens Auto Owners Progressive Frankenmuth and Cincinnati.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
