Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Assistant Vice President to join a growing and financially stable mid-sized insurance firm. This role is pivotal in supporting the Vice President in the day-to-day operations of the department mentoring staff and overseeing the Property & Casualty (P&C) book of business. • Salary Range: $140000 - $175000 annually

• Provide direct support to the Vice President in managing the departments operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring staff to foster professional growth and development.
• Help implement new team structures and revise job descriptions as needed.
• Oversee the P&C book of business for the department ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Work on middle to large market accounts primarily in the manufacturing logistics and hospitality industries.

• Licenses/Designations: Active P&C license required; professional designations such as CIC CRIS CISR CPCU or ARM are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial lines insurance with prior leadership experience and expertise in mid to large market accounts.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS and EPIC systems (transitioning to EPIC).
• Soft Skills:
