• Salary Range: $50000 - $90000 per year commensurate with experience.

• Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $100000 to $500000.
• Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Quote new and renewal business maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support their growth and development.
• Uphold the companys values by fostering a team-first environment and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure timely and thorough follow-through on client and team commitments.
• Handle challenging client conversations and tight renewal cycles with professionalism and composure.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 5 years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
