Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking an experienced and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance a team-oriented attitude and the ability to manage a diverse book of business.

• Salary Range: $65000 - $85000 (depending on experience) bonus opportunities

• Manage a book of business valued at approximately $2M-$3M with accounts ranging from $1000 to $500000 in size (average account size: $70000).
• Handle 85% renewal business and 15% new business.
• Provide white-glove service to clients across various lines of coverage including Construction Commercial Property HOA Real Estate Lessors Risk Commercial Auto Professional Liability EPLI Bonds and Professional Lines.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize agency management software (EPIC experience is a plus) to manage accounts effectively.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality service and addressing client needs.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software (EPIC experience preferred).
