Commercial Lines Account Manager (Middle to Larger Market)

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing a diverse portfolio of middle to larger market commercial accounts with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional client service and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the insurance industry a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.

• Salary: Competitive up to $100000 annually based on experience.

• Manage a large generalist book of business with accounts ranging from $40000 to $300000 in premium averaging $75000.
• Handle all aspects of account management (soup to nuts) including quoting new and renewal business (30% new 70% renewal).
• Work with industries such as contractors manufacturing education and general business.
• Utilize the Epic Agency Management System to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with top carriers including Cincinnati Westfield Travelers Philadelphia and Encova.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a high level of technical proficiency.

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management with a preference for candidates at the early to mid-stage of their career.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Epic Agency Management System and general tech-savviness.
