Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to a commercial lines accounts ensuring prompt accurate and professional customer support in alignment with a agencys procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing a full servicing workload independently.

• Salary Range: $45000 - $55000 annually

• Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts minimizing errors and omissions
• Handle client communications including resolving issues and addressing coverage-related inquiries
• Prepare submissions proposals statements of value and renewal documents in collaboration with producers
• Accurately process new and renewal business ensuring proper documentation and system records
• Issue certificates binders invoices ID cards and related correspondence
• Manage audits claims reporting premium finance agreements and cancellations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the agency management system
• Monitor suspense items and prioritize daily workflow to meet deadlines
• Keep producers informed of account activity and address potential issues proactively

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance agency experience specifically in commercial lines
• Active insurance license or the ability to obtain/maintain one
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and policy servicing
• Advanced computer skills; experience with Epic software is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable proactive and eager to grow within the insurance industry
