Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative and family-oriented team. This role is integral to supporting our growth and maintaining a commitment to providing exceptional service to a clients which include religious organizations non-profits schools and churches. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial lines insurance a passion for client service and a proactive approach to managing accounts.

• Salary Range: $60000 - $83000 annually based on experience.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts including religious organizations non-profits schools and churches with account sizes ranging from $500000 to $200000.
• Handle certificate-heavy tasks related to events hosted by clients.
• Process endorsements conduct renewal marketing and present renewal proposals to clients.
• Recommend additional lines of coverage to meet client needs.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Utilize a Salesforce-based system with AI capabilities to manage accounts efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a commercial lines insurance setting. Experience with non-profits schools or religious institutions is preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC or similar insurance management software. Experience with Salesforce-based systems is a plus.
