• Manage and service an established book of Commercial Lines accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients carriers and internal stakeholders
• Build strong long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Coordinate renewals remarketing efforts endorsements policy changes and account maintenance
• Gather underwriting information and prepare applications proposals and renewal documentation
• Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage protection
• Maintain accurate policy records and documentation within agency management systems
• Collaborate closely with producers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AMS360 ImageRight Vertafore products or similar agency management systems is a plus
