Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing commercial insurance accounts ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to account management.

• Salary Range: $55000 - $65000 annually with potential for up to $70000 - $75000 based on experience.

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring client needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms secure renewals and process endorsements.
• Review and analyze client policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and other client-facing materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
• Stay informed about industry trends regulations and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field.
• Licensure/Designations: Relevant insurance licenses or certifications are preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred Experience: Familiarity with captive insurance programs is a plus.
