• Serve as a generalist with a specialization in habitational and condo association accounts.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

• Proven experience in commercial account management preferably with EPIC software expertise.
• Strong knowledge of habitational and condo association accounts.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid/onsite capacity in Darien IL or remotely within Illinois.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
