Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will manage a book of business while developing and implementing strategies to grow the Commercial Lines team.

• Salary Range: $75000 - $90000 per year

• Manage a book of small to mid-sized generalist commercial lines accounts.
• Develop implement and monitor strategies to grow the Commercial Lines team including sales and service personnel.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends regulations and best practices.

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager; 8 years preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Previous mentorship or leadership experience is a plus with a willingness to transition into a management role in the future.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IMS software is required.
