Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts including construction agriculture oil and gas and trucking. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in handling middle-market accounts a proactive approach to client service and a commitment to excellence.

• Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 annually commensurate with experience.

• Manage a book of business generating $500000 - $700000 in revenue consisting of 100-130 accounts with premiums ranging from $20000 to $500000.
• Handle daily account management tasks including endorsements Certificates of Insurance (COI) renewals marketing proposals and client-facing interactions.
• Conduct account rounding remarketing and updating applications as needed.
• Quote new and renewal business with a primary focus on renewals.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Department Manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and utilize agency management software (Epic preferred but not required).

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or CSR with a focus on middle-market accounts.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills attention to detail and a client-focused mindset are essential.
• Work Environment: Full-time in-office position with the possibility of one remote day per week after full training.
