Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to managing and expanding a portfolio of middle-market and large commercial clients with a particular emphasis on property and real estate accounts. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise exceptional client relationship management skills and a proven ability to handle complex property risk placements.

• Salary Range: $100000 - $120000 annually depending on experience.

• Design place and execute complex property insurance and risk management programs for middle-market and large commercial clients.
• Serve as the senior client relationship manager offering strategic consultation coverage design benchmarking and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with producers practice leaders and carrier partners to develop innovative insurance solutions and optimize market leverage.
• Oversee renewal and new business strategies including market selection submission preparation negotiation and finalizing program structures.
• Act as a senior technical resource and mentor for account management teams ensuring high service standards and technical excellence.
• Provide executive-level claims advocacy coverage consultation and exposure analysis.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of property market trends underwriting appetites and emerging risks.
• Drive account growth through cross-selling initiatives and consultative risk management strategies.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance with a strong focus on complex property risk placement.
• Demonstrated success in managing large sophisticated middle-market and national accounts.
• Advanced technical expertise in commercial property coverage policy forms catastrophe modeling and risk analytics.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively advise C-suite executives and senior risk leaders.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
