Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional ready to take the next step in their career by delivering exceptional client service while mentoring and supporting Account Managers.

• Salary Range: $80000 - $95000 annually based on experience.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts ranging in size from $100000 to $500000.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Quote new and renewal business maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to foster their professional growth through coaching and mentorship.
• Uphold a team-first approach contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
• Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations such as tight renewal cycles or challenging client interactions.

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance; 8 years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
