Who You Are:

• You have 35 years of experience in commercial landscape management (this is a must).
• Youre an excellent communicator with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
• You understand how to manage crews schedules and budgetswhile keeping quality and safety top of mind.
• Youre eligible to work in the U.S. 21 years old and have a valid drivers license.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Own client relationships through monthly walkthroughs proactive communication and on-site quality control.
• Direct daily field operations including scheduling routing and managing crews.
• Deliver excellence by ensuring services meet contract scope and financial goals.
• Drive growth through enhancement proposals irrigation management and upselling additional services.
• Mentor and manage your team including hiring coaching and performance management.
• Lead site audits and branch meetings keeping everyone aligned and informed.
• Champion safety maintaining a secure and productive work environment at all times.
