Commercial Insurance Producer

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients craft tailored insurance solutions and drive business growth. • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients through proactive outreach networking and relationship building.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage to properly protect their businesses.
• Collaborate with underwriters to develop customized policies that align with clients specific requirements.
• Generate leads and prospect for new business opportunities using innovative strategies and personalized approaches.
• Maintain and cross-sell current accounts to ensure client satisfaction and additional product utilization.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing client questions managing renewals and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends changes in regulations and competitive products to better serve clients and contribute to the teams success.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in community and industry events to build brand awareness.

• Licensing: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Experience: Proven track record as an Insurance Producer or similar role specializing in commercial client services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and foster trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a focus on client centricity.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products policies and regulations.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software sales management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
