• Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on commercial lines employee benefits or industry-specific markets.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales producer role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Gulf Region market including Texas Florida Alabama and Mississippi.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.
• A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
