Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Placement Specialist to join a dynamic team specializing in commercial lines. As a Placement Specialist you will play a pivotal role in marketing quoting and binding new business while serving as a liaison between member agents and insurance carriers.

• Salary Range: $75000 - $85000 annually (maximum).
• Quarterly Incentive Bonus: $6000 - $7000 annually at 100% target achievement.
• Annual Bonus: 5% of salary based on company revenue goals.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance.

• Market quote and bind new commercial lines business.
• Serve as a liaison between member agents and insurance carriers.
• Provide multi-line support across various commercial lines accounts.
• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines with multi-line expertise.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (4 days in-office 1 day remote).
