The Opportunity

As a Commercial Risks Producer with Pasadena Insurance Agency youll develop relationships with Houston businesses and advise them on their commercial insurance and risk-management programs.

We provide the insurance knowledge market access technical resources and account support.

You bring the relationships sales ability and drive to build the business.

Youll learn commercial property & casualty insurance while building your own portfolio of commercial clients.

Unlike many traditional sales positions where the scoreboard resets every year commercial insurance provides the opportunity to build a substantial recurring book of business over time.

What Youll Do

Develop new commercial business throughout the Houston market
Prospect through relationships referrals networking and direct outreach
Meet with business owners and senior decision-makers
Develop referral relationships with bankers attorneys CPAs and other professionals
Learn commercial property & casualty insurance and risk management
Work alongside experienced insurance professionals to develop solutions for clients
Build and maintain a long-term portfolio of commercial accounts

You dont need prior insurance experience.
