Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist with a strong background in commercial insurance and an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial lines and be proficient in using Applied Epic software. This role offers flexibility with the option to work fully remotely provided the candidate resides in one of the eligible states.

• Salary Range: $55000 - $65000 annually

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize Applied Epic software to process policies endorsements and other client-related documentation.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on coverage options policy changes and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with underwriters carriers and other stakeholders to secure optimal insurance solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends regulations and best practices to provide clients with the highest level of service.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Proficiency in Applied Epic software is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment if applicable.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Georgia Texas Florida North Carolina Missouri Virginia Alabama South Carolina Tennessee Mississippi Louisiana Arkansas Kentucky Oklahoma or Michigan.
