Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a book of business from A-Z with accounts ranging from $10000 to $30000 in premium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing accounts within industries such as construction contractors and professional lines. • Salary: $60000 - $75000 (commensurate with experience)

• Manage and service a book of business from start to finish including quoting new and renewal business
• Handle accounts within the construction contractors and professional lines industries
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction

• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in commercial lines account management
• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus; strong computer skills are essential
• Soft Skills: Excellent personality strong customer service skills a desire to learn and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Work Schedule: In-office training required initially with the option for a hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote) after training
