Commercial Insurance Account Manager/Inside Sales

An established insurance agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Insurance Producer with a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance a proven track record in business development and a passion for building and maintaining strong client and broker relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect develop and close new commercial insurance business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients carriers and referral sources.
• Identify and assess client needs to recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve production goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products markets and industry trends.
• Represent the agency at networking and industry events to expand market presence.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven sales experience with a focus on commercial insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including professional telephone etiquette.
• Consultative and solutions-oriented sales approach.
• Comfortable thinking creatively and overcoming challenges.
• Ability to travel within an assigned territory.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with multiple carriers and managing broker relationships.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
