Seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance agency with a strong reputation for client service and industry expertise. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts with a focus on contractor and small business clients while working in a collaborative growth-oriented environment.

• Base Salary: $60000 - $75000 annually quarterly bonus opportunities & new business commissions

• Manage a book of business from A-Z focusing on accounts under $15000 in premium
• Service and retain existing accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention
• Quote new and renewal business as needed
• Collaborate with team members and leverage carrier resources to provide exceptional service
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in an independent insurance agency
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
• Soft Skills: Hardworking detail-oriented and client-focused
• Location: Candidates must be based in the Phoenix area; hybrid or remote work arrangements are negotiable
