Commercial Insurance Account Manager Hybrid

• Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 (depending on experience)

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule

• Provide full-service account management for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts including construction manufacturing real estate and contractors
• Manage accounts ranging from $5000 to $50000 in size with an average book of $1 million
• Handle all aspects of servicing accounts including quoting new and renewal business (80% new 20% renewal)
• Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency setting
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist accounts including construction manufacturing real estate and contractors
• Work Ethic: Ability to manage accounts independently with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
