Commercial Install Tech

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Install Tech II based in Indianapolis IN. As a Commercial Install Tech II you will be responsible for installing troubleshooting and maintaining commercial security fire and life safety systems. Daily responsibilities include running cabling testing systems for functionality resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. You will collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional service and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with security fire and life safety systems
• Proficiency in Cabling and system installation
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in identifying and performing system maintenance and inspections
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
