This isnt a residential service role. Were looking for someone who enjoys tackling complex equipment keeping facilities running and taking ownership of their work.

EPA Universal Certification is REQUIRED

4 years of commercial or industrial HVAC/R experience

Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

Experience with commercial or supermarket refrigeration is a major plus

Working knowledge of electrical plumbing and mechanical building systems

Experience using CMMS/work order systems like Corrigo

Valid drivers license

Preventive maintenance and emergency repairs

Diagnosing and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Maintaining building systems including electrical plumbing and mechanical equipment

Completing work orders accurately and in real time

Keeping equipment operating safely efficiently and reliably
