We are seeking an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to support commercial facilities throughout the Palmer MA area.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled HVAC technician looking for steady commercial work competitive pay strong benefits and the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial HVAC experience be comfortable troubleshooting and repairing equipment and take pride in providing quality service to customers.

• Troubleshoot repair maintain and service commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance on heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

• Diagnose electrical mechanical and controls-related issues

• Service boilers chillers pumps fans rooftop units and other commercial HVAC equipment

• Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repairs

• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally

• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

• Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel

• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA and EPA regulations

• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

• Participate in required safety training

• Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed

• Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required

• Commercial HVAC experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Clean driving record

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• BMS/Building Automation experience is a plus

• $35.00$55.00 per hour depending on experience
