Commercial HVAC Technician

Were hiring Commercial HVAC Technicians with 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician looking for stable full-time work with the chance to build skills on advanced commercial HVAC systems. Youll gain exposure to a wide variety of equipment and environments from schools and retail facilities to industrial and commercial buildings.

Troubleshooting and repairing VRF VAV central AC RTUs chillers and experience with low voltage controls is helpful. This position has a clear path for professional growth.

• Perform troubleshooting diagnostics and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
  

• Conduct preventive maintenance including inspections filter changes and system performance checks.
  

• Support with system installations and retrofits
  

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members on service needs and recommendations.
  

• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  

• 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service maintenance or installation.
  

• Universal EPA Certification
  

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred not required).
  

• Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints and technical diagrams.
  

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
