Job Summary
K&R Staffing is seeking experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Technicians for a well-established family-owned company. This is a great opportunity for technicians looking for steady local work without having to spend nights away from home.
Commercial HVAC experience is preferred but we are also open to experienced residential HVAC technicians who have a strong technical background and are ready and willing to learn commercial systems.
- Install maintain troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose HVAC equipment and mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service
- Work with rooftop units split systems package units and other HVAC equipment
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams schematics and equipment specifications
- Complete service and installation work safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate service and job documentation
- Follow company and job site safety procedures

Required Skills:
Previous commercial HVAC experience preferred Experienced residential HVAC technicians are encouraged to apply Strong HVAC troubleshooting and mechanical skills Understanding of electrical components and HVAC controls Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Dependable professional and willing to learn EPA certification is a plus Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC work including lifting climbing ladders and working in varying weather conditions
Required Education:
Must have high school diploma or GED. Additional schooling is not required but is a plus.
