Pay: $75000- $115000 year (negotiable)

Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a HVAC Technician for a warehouse located in Kennesaw this is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Education Requirement for HVAC Technicians:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• HVAC Certified

Qualifications for HVAC Technicians:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience.

• Must be able to understand advanced principles of air conditioning refrigeration and heating and have working knowledge of boiler systems.

• Able to work under supervision and independently.

• Able to reach schematic and manufacturer materials.

• General mechanical aptitude.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Able to lift heavy equipment climb ladders and work in various weather conditions.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for HVAC Technicians:

• Install maintain and repair HVAC systems.

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various HVAC systems.

• Performing routine maintenance.

• Training junior team members.

• Communicating with clients and customers.

• Ordering and maintaining equipment.

• Meeting local HVAC codes.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
