• Oversee daily operations of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service installation and maintenance teams
• Manage scheduling dispatching and workflow coordination to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Monitor job performance quality control and customer satisfaction across all commercial accounts
• Recruit train mentor and evaluate HVAC/refrigeration technicians and support staff
• Develop and manage departmental budgets labor costs and operational expenses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients vendors and contractors
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations codes and industry standards
• Identify opportunities for business growth process improvements and service expansion

• 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems refrigeration equipment and industry best practices
• EPA 608 Certification required; additional certifications (NATE CMHE) a plus
• Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team of skilled technicians
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with service management software and scheduling platforms preferred
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
