AC Corporation is now accepting applications for ourHVAC Apprenticeship Program an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning industry-recognized certifications. Thisstate-approvedprogram developed in cooperation with theU.S. Department of Labor and the NC Community College System is designed to train the next generation of skilled HVAC professionals. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH JUNE30th WITH EXPECTED START DATE OF AUGUST 10TH.

About the Apprenticeship Program

• Occupation:Commercial Heating & Air-Conditioner Service Repair and Installation
• Program Length:6000 - 8000 on-the-job training (OJT) hours (3-4 years)
• Education:(1.) A.A.S. Degree in HVAC from a related educational institution in the North Carolina Community College System. (2.) Full access to monthly training via AC University AC Corporations internal training department.
• Program Approach:Hybrid model (combining competency-based and time-based learning)
• Wage Scale:Earn while you learn!
• Start at$20/hrwith scheduled wage increases up to$25/hrupon completion.
• Plus a stipend earned while you attend class
• Benefits:Eligible for full benefit program the 1st of the month following 30 days
• Medical and Dental benefits
• 401K after 3 months of employment

• Tuition Assistance:Eligible for up to$5250 per yearin educational assistance through AC CorporationsSponsorship Program.
