Pay Rate/Range:$15/hr

Description:A local residential commercial and industrial real estate company is seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Groundskeeper/Shop this role you will:

• Maintain all common areas walkways breezeways public bathrooms parking lots or other areas as required.
• Pick up trash including cigarette butts and leaves.
• Trim bushes and spray weeds.
• Report safety concerns.
• Clean dumpster areas.
• Remove graffiti and handle minor painting projects.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Keep the shop organized and ensure that equipment is clean and accounted for.
• Plunge toilets and shut off water supply or meters when needed.
• Change light bulbs when needed.
• Repair holes in dry-wall and match paint.
• Assist with filter changes when needed.
• Fully use smartphone or other communication device.
• Submit timesheets expense reports and purchase receipts.
• Obtain necessary materials and supplies to complete tasks.
• Create positive work experience with clients team members and management.
• Maintain a clean vehicle tools and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Drug screen and background check are required
• Ability to lift 100lb necessary to installation and removal of construction items

Job Type:Direct Hire

Shift/Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible)
